Every organisation on Klubfunder typically has two key types of users:

Each club or organisation will have at least one administrator. The administrator will be the person responsible for registering their club or organisation on the Klubfunder platfrom.

Administrators are responsible for managing the club’s presence on Klubfunder.
They usually:

  • Set up the club’s page
  • Configure fundraising options (Lotto, Events, Membership, Tickets, etc.)
  • Manage payments and settings
  • Monitor participation and reports
  • Communicate with members when needed

Administrators act as the managers of the organisation's Klubfunder platform.

🙌 Member Role ​

Members represent the people who engage with the club — such as players, parents, supporters, volunteers, or community participants. They will be issued with a link by their club for the different klubfunder services. They can also search for their club on Klubfunder using the search page.

Members typically:

  • Take part in fundraisers
  • Buy tickets for events
  • Join memberships or make payments
  • Interact with the club through the tools set up by the administrators

Members use Klubfunder to support the club’s fundraising and activities.
