✏️ Editing an Active Lotto
Once your lotto is live, you might want to make changes — whether that’s adjusting the draw time, updating pricing, changing your intro message, or fixing a mistake.
The Klubfunder admin dashboard makes it easy to edit your active lotto at any time.
🔄 What Can Be Edited?
You can make changes to most parts of your active lotto, including:
🕒 Draw Schedule
Change the day/time or frequency of your lotto draws.💷 Ticket Pricing
Adjust the price per line to better suit your fundraiser.📝 Lotto Introduction Message
Update your custom message shown to players before they enter.🖼️ Club Logo or Branding
Swap out your visual elements to match upcoming promotions or campaigns.
🛠️ How to Edit Your Lotto
⚠️ Note: Any changes made will apply to future draws only. They will not affect existing tickets already purchased for the current draw.
1. Log into Your Klubfunder Admin Dashboard
Navigate to your club's dashboard and click on the Lotto area from the left-hand menu.
2. Locate Your Active Lotto
If you have multiple lotto campaigns, choose the one you want to edit. You will see an overview screen with current draw stats and upcoming schedule.
3. Click the ‘Edit’ Button
In the top section of the lotto overview, there will be a ⚙️ Edit Lotto Settings or “Change” button beside each editable field. Click this to begin editing.
4. Make Your Changes
Depending on what you want to update, you can:

Once you're happy with your changes, click Save.
📌 Example Scenario
🎯 Let’s say your draw is scheduled for Friday at 5pm, but you want to move it to Sunday at 8pm going forward.
Simply:
- Go into the draw settings
- Change the draw day and time
- Save your changes
- The new time will take effect after the current draw
