The Donations Area allows your club to easily collect and manage donations from supporters. With real-time tracking and customizable campaigns, you can efficiently raise funds for various causes.

There are two types of Donation Events you can set up:

  • Donation Campaign
  • Sponsorship Campaign

💡 Donation Campaign ​

A Donation Campaign is a fundraising event with a single target amount. It is ideal for:

  • 🏟️ Pitch Funding
  • 🔨 Renovations
  • 🌍 Community Fundraising

Key Features: ​

  • Set a clear fundraising goal with real-time progress tracking.
  • Display a campaign story with images and YouTube videos to engage supporters.
  • Customize donation amounts and enable Gift Aid for eligible Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASC) and charities.
  • Allow donors to leave support messages with their contributions.
  • Use the Clone Campaign feature to quickly duplicate and set up future donation events.

🤝 Sponsorship Campaign ​

A Sponsorship Campaign allows your club to raise funds for individuals, such as participants in a race or children traveling to a cup final. Supporters can select a specific participant they want to sponsor, helping them reach their fundraising goals.

  1. Set Up Participants: Add individual participants (e.g., runners, players, or travelers) who need sponsorship.
  2. Supporter Selection: Donors can browse the list of participants and choose who they want to sponsor.
  3. Personalized Contributions: Each donation directly supports the selected participant’s fundraising goal.
