🎟️ Creating Lotto Offers ​

Lotto Offers help encourage club members to purchase more lotto lines at once by applying special pricing based on quantity.

This guide shows you how to set up an offer in just a few steps.

✅ Step 1: Log In as Club Admin ​

Start by logging in to your club's admin dashboard and navigating to the Lotto section.

🎯 Step 2: Go to the "Offers" Tab ​

Once inside the Lotto area, click the Offers tab.

➕ Step 3: Create a New Offer ​

Click the "Create your first offer" button to begin setting up a new lotto promotion.

⚙️ Step 4: Configure Offer Settings ​

A setup window will appear. Here’s what you’ll need to define:

📝 Offer Type ​

Choose how the offer should be applied:

  • No of Tickets Only — Discount based solely on the number of tickets.
  • Both No of Tickets and Weeks — Discount based on the number of tickets and the number of weeks.

🎫 Tickets & Pricing ​

  • Enter the number of tickets needed to trigger the offer.
  • Set the special price for that quantity.
  • Tick the checkbox if you'd like to make the offer active immediately.

💾 Step 5: Save the Offer ​

Click the Create button to save your offer.

🔧 Step 6: Manage Offers ​

After creation, your offer will appear in the Offers list. You can:

  • Edit the offer
  • Mark it as inactive

👀 Step 7: Preview the Offer ​

Use the Preview button to see how the offer will appear to members.

🛒 Step 8: How Members Use the Offer ​

The active offer will be shown above the basket summary when members are buying lotto lines:

When they add the required number of lines, the discount is automatically applied:
