How do I register as a member of a club?
To register as a member of a club on Klubfunder:
- Find your club: Go to the Club Search page and search for your club by name
- Select your club: Click on your club from the search results to view the club page
- Register: Click the "Register" link on your club's page (each club has its own unique registration link)
- Choose registration method: You can register using:
- Email and password
- Google account
- Microsoft account
- Enter nickname: Before registering, you'll be asked to enter a nickname (this can be your first name or any preferred name)
- Complete registration: Follow the prompts to complete your registration
Important: Each club has its own unique registration link. Make sure you use the registration link from your specific club's page, not a generic link.
Note: If you can't find your club in the search, contact your club admin or Klubfunder support for assistance.
I can't log in or reset my password — what do I do?
If you're having trouble logging in or resetting your password:
- Reset your password: Go to the Forgot Password page and enter your email address to receive a password reset link
- Check that you're using the correct email address associated with your account
- Check your spam/junk folder for password reset emails
- Ensure you're using the new Klubfunder platform (V2) - the old platform login may not work
- Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
- If you still can't access your account, contact support with your email address
I can log into the old platform but not the new one — how do I access my account?
If you can access the old platform but not the new one:
- You may need to re-register your account on the new platform - accounts from the old platform may not automatically transfer
- Try resetting your password on the new platform using the same email address
- If your email isn't recognised, you'll need to register again:
- Go to the Club Search page and find your club
- Click the "Register" link on your club's page
- Register using the same email address (or a different one if preferred)
- If you're still having issues, contact support with your email and club name for assistance
My email address isn't recognised but I already have an account — why?
This can happen if:
- Your account hasn't been migrated from the old platform to the new one
- Your email was entered differently when registering (check for typos or different email addresses)
Solution: Contact your club admin or Klubfunder support with your email address and club name.
I'm not receiving emails or SMS verification codes — how do I fix this?
For emails:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address in your account settings
- Check if emails from Klubfunder are being blocked by your email provider
- Try adding Klubfunder to your contacts/whitelist
If issues persist, contact support.
