Teamwear shops are managed shops for clubs that are teamwear partners selling Uhlsport branded merchandise. These FAQs apply specifically to Teamwear shops.

Where is my order? (delivery vs collection)

Checking order status:

  • Order delivery information for teamwear appears on the club shop page
  • Check your email confirmation for order details
  • It's best to contact your club regarding the status of your order

Dispatch times:

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 5-7 working days
  • If any items are out of stock and need to be placed on back order, you will be contacted
  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method

Delivery orders:

  • Check your order confirmation email for delivery information
  • Contact your club admin for specific delivery updates

Collection orders:

  • Collect from your club at the specified location/time
  • Bring your order confirmation (email or order number)
  • Contact your club admin to confirm when your order is ready for collection

If your order is delayed: Contact your club admin or Klubfunder support with your order number.

Can I change, cancel, or amend my order after purchasing?

Important: Please review your order carefully before checking out, as no updates can be made to sizes, initials, or other details after the order is placed.

Order changes:

  • No changes can be made to your order once it has been placed
  • This includes sizes, initials, personalization, or any other order details
  • Please double-check all information before completing your purchase

Cancelling orders:

  • Contact your club admin as soon as possible if you need to cancel
  • Refunds will be processed if cancellation is successful and the order hasn't been dispatched
