How do I register and pay membership for my child?

To register your child for membership:

  1. Log into your Klubfunder account (or create one if you don't have one)
  2. Go to your club's page on Klubfunder
  3. Find the "Memberships" section
  4. Select the appropriate membership option for your child's age group/team
  5. Add your child's details (name, date of birth, etc.)
  6. Choose payment method (full payment or instalments if available)
  7. Complete the payment

You'll receive a confirmation email, and the membership payment receipt will appear in the "My Account" section.

I selected the wrong membership option or age group — how do I fix it?

If you selected the wrong membership:

  1. Before payment: Cancel and start again with the correct option
  2. After payment: Contact your club admin or Klubfunder support immediately
  3. Provide details: Include your child's name, the incorrect option selected, and the correct option needed
  4. Refund/transfer: The club or Klubfunder can process a refund and help you register with the correct option

Note: It's easier to fix before the membership period starts, so contact support as soon as possible.

How do instalment payments work, and what happens if I miss one?

How instalments work:

  • Some memberships offer instalment payment plans (e.g., pay monthly instead of upfront)
  • You'll be charged automatically on scheduled dates
  • Each instalment is charged to your saved payment method
  • You'll receive email reminders before each payment

If you miss a payment:

  • Your payment method will be retried automatically
  • You'll receive notifications about failed payments
  • You can manually retry the payment in "My Account" → "Payments"
  • If payments continue to fail, your membership may be suspended until payment is made
  • Contact your club admin if you're having payment difficulties
