How does the club lotto work (auto-renew, numbers, weeks left)?

Club Lotto Overview:

  • You purchase lotto numbers for weekly draws
  • You can buy one-off entries or set up a recurring subscription
  • With auto-renew, your numbers are automatically entered each week
  • Your numbers are saved and reused each week
  • You can see how many weeks/draws you have remaining in "My Account"

Auto-Renew:

  • Automatically purchases your lotto numbers each week/month
  • Charges your saved payment method
  • Continues until you cancel
  • You can pause or cancel anytime

I can't renew my lotto or see my saved numbers — help!

If you can't renew or see your numbers:

  1. Check your account status: Ensure you're logged into the correct account
  2. Check subscription status: If auto-renew is active, you may not need to manually renew
  3. Platform migration: If you migrated from V1, your numbers may need to be restored
  4. Contact your club: Your club admin can check your lotto status
  5. Contact support: If issues persist, contact Klubfunder support with your account email and club name

Lotto results aren't showing / I can't download entries — what's happening?

If results aren't showing:

  • Results are typically published by your club after each draw
  • Check with your club admin about when results are published
  • Ensure you're viewing the correct draw date

How do I set up a Last Man Standing fundraiser?

Last Man Standing (LMS) is set up by your club admin. As a player:

  1. Look for LMS campaigns on your club's Klubfunder page
  2. Register and pay the entry fee
  3. Make your weekly picks before the deadline
  4. If your pick loses, you're eliminated
  5. Last player remaining wins

For setup questions: Contact your club admin, as LMS campaigns are created and managed by clubs.
