We can log into the old platform but not the new one—how do we access V2?
Migration Process:
- Accounts need to be migrated from V1 (old platform) to V2 (new platform)
- Migration may not be automatic for all accounts
To Access V2:
- Try logging in with the same email/password on the new platform
- If login fails, try resetting your password on V2
- If your email isn't recognised, contact Klubfunder support for migration assistance
- Provide your club name and admin email address

- Support will guide you through the process
Our club can't be found on the new platform search—how do we locate/rename it?
Finding Your Club:
- Search using your exact club name
- Try variations of your club name
- Check if your club name changed during migration
If Not Found:
- Contact Klubfunder support with your club name
- Provide your old platform club ID if available
- Support can locate and restore your club profile
Renaming Your Club:
- Log into admin dashboard
- Go to "Club Settings" → "Club Details"
- Update your club name
- Save changes
- Changes may take 24-48 hours to appear in search
Note: Some clubs may need to be manually added to V2 if migration didn't complete.
How do we migrate our club (including history) from the old platform to the new one?
Migration Process:
- Klubfunder can assist with full club migration
- Historical data (payments, members, reports) can be migrated
To Request Migration:
- Contact Klubfunder support
- Provide your club name and admin email
- Specify what data you want migrated (members, payments, reports, etc.)
- Support will guide you through the process
What Can Be Migrated:
- Member accounts and details
- Payment history (may be limited)
- Membership records
- Lotto subscriptions (numbers may need to be restored)
- Historical reports (format may differ)
Timeline: Migration typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on data volume.
How do we change the main club admin / treasurer / secretary contact details?
Updating Admin Contacts:
- Log into admin dashboard
- Go to "Club Settings" → "Admin Contacts" or "Team Members"
- Update contact details (email, phone, name, role)
- Save changes
Changing Main Admin:
- The main admin can transfer admin rights to another user
- Go to "Team Members" → "Add Admin" or "Transfer Admin Rights"
- Enter the new admin's email
- They'll receive an invitation to become admin
If You Can't Access Admin:
- Contact Klubfunder support
- Provide proof of authorization (club letterhead, etc.)
- Support can assist with admin transfer
How do we add an additional admin / IT officer / committee member?
Adding Team Members:
- Log into admin dashboard
- Go to "Team Members" or "Admin Access"
- Click "Add Team Member" or "Invite Admin"
- Enter their email address
- Select their role/permissions (Admin, Treasurer, Secretary, etc.)
- Send invitation
Role Permissions:
- Full Admin: Complete access to all features
- Treasurer: Access to payments and reports
- Secretary: Access to members and communications
- Limited Admin: Custom permissions as set
Invited users will receive an email to accept and set up their account.
Can we start fresh on V2 if the old club profile is wrong or unused?
Starting Fresh:
- Yes, you can create a new club profile on V2
- This is separate from your old V1 profile
- Historical data won't be transferred
To Start Fresh:
- Register a new club on V2 with a new name (or slightly different name)
- Set up your services from scratch
- Inform members to use the new club profile
- Old V1 profile can remain inactive
Considerations:
- Members may need to re-register
- Payment history won't carry over
- You'll need to set up all services again
- Consider migrating if you have important historical data

The website feed/integration stopped after moving to V2—how do we fix it (Klubfunder ID / embed)?
Website Integration Issues:
- V2 uses different integration methods than V1
- Your Klubfunder ID or embed code may need updating
To Fix Integration:
- Log into admin dashboard
- Go to "Club Settings" → "Website Integration" or "Embed Code"
- Copy your new Klubfunder ID or embed code
- Update your website with the new code
- Test the integration
Finding Your Klubfunder ID:
- Check "Club Settings" → "Club Details"
- Your Klubfunder ID is typically displayed there
- Use this ID in integration code
If Integration Still Doesn't Work:
- Contact Klubfunder support with your website URL
- Provide your Klubfunder ID
- Support can help troubleshoot the integration
Note: Integration code format may differ between V1 and V2, so ensure you're using the correct code.
