Can someone call me / what's your phone number / how do I speak to support ASAP?

For Urgent Issues:

  • Email with "URGENT" in subject line
  • Include detailed description of issue
  • Provide contact phone number for callback
  • Response time varies by plan level

Phone Support:

  • Check Klubfunder website for current phone number
  • Phone support may be plan-dependent
  • Available during business hours typically
  • Leave voicemail if no answer

Best Practices:

  • Email is usually fastest for non-urgent issues
  • Include all relevant details in first contact
  • Check FAQ/documentation first
  • Response typically within 1-2 business days

Expedited Setup:

  • Klubfunder may offer expedited setup for urgent needs
  • Contact support immediately with your timeline
  • Explain urgency and requirements
  • Support will assess and provide options

To Request Expedited Setup:

  1. Contact support ASAP
  2. Explain:
    • Event/fundraiser start date
    • What needs to be set up
    • Any special requirements
  3. Provide all necessary information upfront
  4. Support will prioritize if possible

What Can Be Expedited:

  • Account setup and verification
  • Payment provider configuration
  • Service setup (memberships, lotto, tickets, etc.)
  • Training and onboarding

Timeline:

  • Standard setup: 1-2 weeks
  • Expedited: May be possible in days
  • Depends on complexity and current workload
