How do I register/pay membership for myself or my child?

As an Admin:

  • You can register members through the admin dashboard
  • Go to "Members" → "Add Member" or "Register Member"
  • Enter member details and select membership option
  • Process payment or mark as paid (for cash/offline payments)

For Members:

  • Members register themselves through your club's public page
  • They select membership options and complete payment
  • You'll see new registrations in your dashboard

Payment Processing:

  • Online payments process automatically
  • For offline payments, mark as "Paid" in member's account
  • Set up instalment plans if needed

How do I add a second child (or multiple children) to my account?

For Parents:

  • Parents can add multiple children through their account
  • When registering, select "Add Another Child" option
  • Each child appears separately in their account
  • Can register all children in one session

For Admins:

  • When registering a family, you can add multiple children
  • Link children to the same parent account
  • Each child gets their own membership record
  • Family discounts apply automatically if configured

How do we set up family membership and "1 child / 2 children / 3 children" pricing?

Setting Up Family Membership:

  1. Go to "Services" → "Memberships" → "Create Membership"
  2. Create a "Family Membership" option
  3. Set up pricing tiers:
    • 1 Child: €X
    • 2 Children: €Y (discounted)
    • 3+ Children: €Z (further discounted)
  4. Configure which children are included
  5. Publish the membership option

Pricing Configuration:

  • Set base price for 1 child
  • Add "Additional Child" pricing options
  • System calculates total based on number of children
  • Discounts apply automatically

Testing:

  • Test family registration process
  • Verify pricing calculates correctly
  • Ensure discounts apply as expected

I chose the wrong membership option/age group/year—how do I correct it?

For Admins:

  1. Go to "Members" → find the member
  2. Click "Edit Membership" or "Change Membership"
  3. Select correct membership option
  4. Adjust payment if needed (refund difference or charge additional)
  5. Save changes

Refund/Adjustment:

  • If overpaid: Process refund for difference
  • If underpaid: Charge additional amount
  • Update membership details to reflect correct option

For Members:

  • Members should contact club admin to correct membership
  • Admin can make the change in dashboard
  • Refunds/adjustments processed as needed

I missed the instalment option—can I change from full payment to instalments?

Changing Payment Plan:

  1. Go to member's account
  2. Find their membership
  3. Click "Change Payment Plan" or "Switch to Instalments"
  4. Select instalment option
  5. System calculates remaining balance
  6. Set up instalment schedule for remaining amount

Important Notes:

  • Can only change if membership is active
  • Refund may be processed for overpayment
  • Instalments start from next payment date
  • Member receives confirmation of change

Limitations:

  • Some memberships may not support plan changes
  • Contact Klubfunder if option isn't available

The membership options transferred incorrectly (missing family options / only some options migrated)—how do we restore them?

After V1 to V2 Migration:

  • Some membership options may not migrate correctly
  • Family options or complex pricing may need manual setup

To Restore Options:

  1. Review your old platform (V1) for all membership options
  2. Recreate missing options in V2:
    • Go to "Services" → "Memberships"
    • Create each missing option
    • Match pricing and details from V1
  3. Set up family options if they didn't migrate
  4. Test each option to ensure it works correctly

If You Don't Have V1 Access:

  • Contact Klubfunder support
  • Provide your club name
  • Support may be able to retrieve your old membership options
  • You can then recreate them in V2

Prevention:

  • Document all membership options before migration
  • Keep a backup of pricing and details
  • Test all options after migration

On iPhone I can't select a membership option—how do we fix mobile checkout issues?

Mobile Checkout Issues:

  • Some mobile browsers have compatibility issues
  • iOS Safari may have specific issues with dropdowns/selections

Troubleshooting:

  1. For Members:

    • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox)
    • Clear browser cache
    • Try desktop version of site
    • Use KlubApp if available
  2. For Admins:

    • Check membership option configuration
    • Ensure options are properly published
    • Test on multiple devices/browsers
    • Report issue to Klubfunder support

Workarounds:

  • Members can register via desktop computer
  • Use KlubApp for mobile registration
  • Admin can register members manually if needed

Can we export "who has paid" by team/age group to Excel?

Yes! Reporting features allow exports:

Exporting Payment Reports:

  1. Go to "Reports" → "Memberships" or "Payments"
  2. Filter by:
    • Team/age group
    • Payment status (paid/unpaid)
    • Date range
    • Membership type
  3. Click "Export" or "Download"
  4. Choose Excel/CSV format
  5. Report downloads with all details

Report Includes:

  • Member names and details
  • Payment status
  • Amount paid
  • Payment dates
  • Team/age group
  • Membership type

Filtering Options:

  • By team/age group
  • By payment status
  • By date range
  • By membership option
  • Custom filters available

Scheduled Reports:
